Friday Dinner (Shabbat) With Moroccan Salmon
Updated: May 14, 2021

One of the best meals that I love to cook every Friday night is the Moroccan Salmon (Shabbat dinner).
Let's go to work:
Ingredients:
4-5 pieces of fresh, clean salmon.
2 red peppers cutting.
1 tomato cutting to slices.
2- 3 Tbsp "Shukey- moroccan Salmon" blended spices.
¼ cup of olive oil.
¼ cup water.
1 garlic clove
Salt / black pepper as tasted. ( I used 1Tsp) .
Preparing:
Put the red peppers and the tomato into a pot.
Lay the salmon pieces on top of the peppers.
In a bowl, mix the blended spices, salt, pepper and garlic with the olive oil.
Pour the mixture on the salmon and cover the pieces with the spices blended.
Add the water to the pot. Don't pour direct on the salmon.
Cook for 25 -30 minutes on a medium flame.
It is ready when the fish is cooked well and there is a good amount of spicy sauce.
Don't forget to eat it with spelt Challah!!!
