L'abenah ( Cheese Yogurt) To make your Breakfast AMAZING!

Food is a big part of my life!
I love to cook and experiment with different dishes as the kitchen fills up with delicious smells. But most of all, I love to eat it.
I also love my health. This is the main reason why I started to cook a lot of food by myself.
Surprisingly, It is simple, clean, healthy, and filling.
For example, making cheese from yogurt is easier than it seems:
1 jar of Plain Yogurt.
2 TBSP Kosher salt.
1 big bowl
1 strainer fit to the bowl
Paper towels to cover the strainer.
What to do?
1. Stir the salt with the Yogurt.
2. Pour the yogurt into the strainer.
3. Cover it and replace the bowl in the fridge.
4. Wait at least 12 hours.
5. Put it in a container and keep it cold.
Before eating the cheese you may add to it: Olive oil, pepper, chives, Za'atar, seasame, or whatever other topings you like.
