A quick dinner the kids would love! You can bake or cook it on a pan. I filled it with kale, spinach and mozzarella, but you can use your favorite filling as well…. Sweet or salty, cheese or meat.
10-12 pieces of Brown or white rice paper.
3 Cups Kale,spinach cooked and steamed.
5 oz- 8 oz mozzarella cut into pieces.
2 Tbsp Shukey-Oriental Schnitzel
3 Tbsp Olive oil / Avocado oil
2 Cups Gluten free bread crumbs or Almond flour to cover the rice papers.
First- Make the rice papers:
Dip the rice paper with water and fill with kale, spinach and mozzarella. Fold it into one square. Keep doing it to the rest of the rice papers.
Second- Mix the egg with Shukey Oriental Schnitzel.
Next step- dip the rice papers in the egg with Shukey spices and cover them with the gluten free bread crumbs.
Choose one of the options:
Cooking light on the pan with the olive oil or avocado oil.
Lay down the rice papers on a pan, brush them with olive oil and bake them for 10 minutes. Flip them to the other side and bake for another 10 minutes.
