It is easy to make and delicious dessert. LOVE the dates inside, Love the smell of cocoa powder and LOVE the ides it is still healthy.

4-ingredient raw cacao bites:
1 cup walnuts or pecans (115 g)
1 cup Medjool dates (200 g)- soaked in water
1 cup almonds flour
¼ cup raw cacao powder
1 Tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
1 Tsp Shukey spices - Egyptian Doua (optional, if you like the coriander taste in your dessert- like me!)
For the bit's cover use coconut flax or cocoa powder.
Place the walnuts/ pecans and the almonds flour in a food processor or a powerful blender (food processors work better) and blend until they have a crumbly texture.
Add the dates (without the water and the pit) and the cacao and blend again.
Make balls with your hands , cover them with coconuts flax and they’re ready to serve.
You can store the bites in a sealed container at room temperature, or keep them in the fridge.
