To eat good and clean food, it is not necessary to give up on the taste.
Here is an easy recipe for Shawarma meatballs without meat!
What do you need?
1 package of Beyond Meat
2 Tbsp of Shukey- Shawarmah spice blend
2 Tbsp of gluten free bread crumbs.
1 egg (suggestion)
1 small Onion cut into pieces.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add all the ingredients together, mix them well.
Let it rest for 10 minutes, all the flavors need to get into the "meat".
Make the balls and lightly cook them in a pan ( NO need to add oil). OR bake them in the oven for 15 minutes. If baked, take out, flip them and bake for another 15 minutes.
Arrange the plate:
Add fresh salad, roasted Zucchini or sweet peppers.
