Green Beans Bowl for Lunch.

Green Beans


Green beans, onion and Cashews.

So easy to prepare, and lots of good fiber!



To prepare all you need is:

2 cups of Green beans.



1 Tbsp Avocado oil

1.5 Tsp Shukey Spices- Lemon Scents/ Green Lover.

2 Tbsp Sesame seeds.

0.5 Cup Raw Cashews.

0.5 Tsp Himalayan Salt.


Preparation:

1. In a heated pan put the green beans with the onion and steam for about 5 minutes.

2. Add the Avocado oil, Shukey- Spices and salt and mix for 10 minutes or until it is roasting .

3. Add the cashews and the sesame seeds into the green beans and the onion and let it roasted together for another 5 minutes. If you need to correct the flavor, add more salt and pepper.

4. Before serving, you can add sage leaves or basil leaves.
