Pizza Night (Dinner) with Veggies!

YES! Every Thursday I make spelt flour pizza dough and enjoy it without guilt!

In this way I can enjoy all kinds of food, as long as it keeps the 3 simple components rule: whole food, no sugar added and no processed food.

As a certified Nutrition Coach I teach how to substitute "regular" food items for healthier options, enhancing feelings of joy, happiness and the pleasure of a healthy life through this process.

YOU should try my Pizza Dough: Start by measuring 4 Tbsp organic Maple syrup/ Date syrup and 2 Tbsp yeast. Mix with 2 cups of warm water and let it grow.

In another bowl mix (preferably using an electric mixer):

2 cup of spelt flour.

2 cup of whole flour/semolina flour

1 Tsp salt

4-5 TBsp Olive oil.

Next add all the ingredients together and prepare the dough. Let it rest for an hour until it has doubled in size.

Then flatten the dough onto the pizza pan and be creative with the pizza.

Use 2 Tbs of my handcrafted "Pizza Heaven" spices to the tomatoes sauce or topic it on the dough befor baking.
