2 large onions, peeled and thinly sliced for the moon
400 g carved tofu with peeler or chicken thighs.
4 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 Tbsp Shukey-"Shawarma" seasoning
Himalayan salt to taste
Preheat the oven to grill or turbo mode, 400 F degrees.
On the baking paper on the pan, sprinkle the onions with two tablespoons of oil.
If you decide to combine more vegetables, add them to the pan with another tablespoon of oil and some coarse salt (eggplant, peppers cut small tomatoes leave intact).
Bake for about 10 minutes until the onion is golden, if necessary leave a little more until golden.Take out the pan,add the tofu carvings, or the chicken the remaining oil and the spices to the golden onion and mix well with your hands, carefully, it is being a little warm, until the spices and oil wrap everything nicely.
Put back in the oven, for another baking until the tofu or chicken is golden and the smell is insane. You can mix once more.
